2. Artwork. According to your product and size, we'll make artwork for you. ( please pay attention to artwork, because we'll produce just as artwork )
3. Order confirmation. Confirm artwork and product details before payment and production.
4. Payment. ( mold fee, or half amount and another half before shipping, or 100% amount )
5. Sample. After payment before production
6. Production. After sample confirmation. ( also could directly go to production, no sample )
7. Shipping. Please provide delivery address and telephone number for shipping.

Answer: All we need is your logo, text, thoughts or ideas. We have a staff of graphic artists nd they will create your design from any information that you can provide.

Answer:No.The artwork we draw fro you are free.As we have our own artist in factory.
3) Question: What items should I look for on my proof, once I receive it?
Answer: Once you receive the proof you should look at the main view and also the sized view to see what your lapel pin will look like at the size you requested. You should also check for accuracy of text, design and colors.
4) Question: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
A: Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.
